This is a demonstration.  You will learn how to correctly melt and mold with our candy wafers. We will be adding different ingredients to the chocolate to make some of our favorite candies, such as peanut clusters and rocky road. You will see how easy it is to make those cute suckers with the painting technique.

This demonstration is for the student who is serious about making candy for family and friends.  You will learn new ways and ideas to use chocolate.  We will be making some of our favorite candies, such as peanut butter cups, peppermint patties, chocolate covered cherries, and caramel filled chocolate bon-bons.  Recipe sheets are included.

This is a demonstration on even more ways and ideas to use our chocolate. You will learn to make delectable truffles, fudge, stenciling on chocolate, and 3-D construction. Recipe sheets are included.

Easter Egg Demo

In this one session class, students will learn to dip Easter eggs in chocolate; how to mold the fillings in egg shapes; how to decorate the eggs with flowers, leaves, borders and names.
